Fall Group Workouts - Wilmington, NC
Players gain skills, knowledge and confidence heading into the upcoming basketball season!
Players learn:
- Basketball-specific agilities, such as how to react from the power position
- Teamwork
- Fundamental skills including ballhandling, passing, shooting, defense
- Game strategy, such as using screens
- How to respond to adversity with Christian character
- Various drills for individual skill development
Coach to player ratio is approx. 1:8. Typical age breakdown is 5-7 yr olds, 8-9 yr olds, 10-11 yr olds and 12-13 yr olds. Boys and girls may be grouped together.

Choice of Mondays or Tuesdays in Oct.
Dates: Oct. 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27
5-9 yr olds from 5:30-6:30pm, 10-13 yr olds from 6:30-7:30pm

Cost: $40
Walk-up registrants accepted if space available.
